How to activate a promotional code?
Several ways are available to players to use promotional codes. The easiest way to activate them is on the official website of Genshin Impact. Just go under your account to the special page of the promotional codes. Then select the server where you play, enter the character’s name and the promotional code itself.
You also have the opportunity to activate the promotional code right in the game. To do this, start the Genshin Impact client, open the settings and go to the Account section. Next, you will only have to click get a promotional code and enter the desired code.
The objects received for use will be automatically delivered to your in-game mail.
