Faster than expected, Hitzlsperger is now completely drawing back to the VFB. Now it is very fast. Already on March 21, Wehrle takes the new task at VfB. The contract with Hitzlsperger is already dissolved in mutual agreement already as of March 31st.

HitzlSperger, who was mastered as a player with the VFB 2007, came back to the Neckar in 2016 as a consultant to the board. In 2019 he was finally chairman. Nothing is known about the future plans of the 39-year-old.
